Unusual Vibrations and Noise
If your front load or top load washing machine shakes violently during spin cycle, it is usually caused by unbalanced laundry or unlevel feet placement.
Water Not Draining
Check the bottom drain filter coin trap for lint, coins, or small hairpins blocking the drain pump impeller. Clean it under tap water.
Water Leakage from Bottom
Check inlet pipe rubber washers and drain hose connections. If the leak persists inside the machine, call a professional engineer to check the tub seal or inlet valve.
